• We only care to make business with serious buyers.

• For those who interested in buying our items do feel free to fill up the Order form . After you have  submit the form, we will reply you as soon as possible and inform you the payment details.

•  Reservations only for three(3) working days. If you fail to make payment in time, we will release the item(s) to other customers who interested without giving you any notice.

• If you don't respond to our sent invoice, we will also consider that as a cancellation. Make sure to also check your spam mails after you make the order.

•  We ensure you that all items that have been delivered is in a good condition, and we will not be responsible for any damage or losses that have been done during the process of delivery.

•  All items that have been delivered and received cannot be return or exchange. So make sure that you have made the right choice before submit the form.

•   All price that have been displayed is not include delivery charges, unless we stated so.

•  There might be a slightly different between the color displayed with the actual color due to lighting and it also depends on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be the same with the actual color.

•  If you want to cancel your order, you can make cancellation within 24hours after putting the order. Do inform us immediately if you want to cancel. If you fail to do so, we will consider you as not interested to give cooperation,and you will be blacklisted.

•  The content, graphics, design, and other matters related to Kusya Collections are protected under applicable copyrights. You are restricted to use any content, graphics and design without our permission.
